Our Work
When we started, we were serving hundreds of people a year, but as we received more support we found a way to reach more children and their families. Through our two key programs, we’re now able to bring our magic to thousands of people during the year!
Magical Days
At our inception, we dreamed of creating a place where children in crisis could get away from the stressors and hardship they were facing and have a carefree day of laughter, imagination and making forever memories with their family. This vision sparked the creation of a Magical Day.
By working with a broad network of local nominating agencies we are able to target children who are truly experiencing hardship or trauma and provide them with moments that truly matter.
With our extensive team of volunteers, we have been able to expand the Magical Day experience to include four storybook-themed areas and feature 20+ characters, as well as games, activities, a treasure store and a train ride for guests.
Magical Outreaches
Mansion Memories has made a concerted effort to be more involved in our community and to continually expand our outreach.
We are now bringing our magic and our storybook characters to nearly a dozen events during the year. While most of these are open to the public, we are also involved with private outreach events with some of our nominating agencies. We love to bring our storybook characters and magical memory making to children who can’t come to us.
We are honored to have been invited to join Redlands Family Services, Redlands Police Officers’ Foundation, The Blessing Center and Loma Linda Children’s Hospital (just to name a few) for private functions that serve their clients and patients.
